MEET YOUR KIRTAN KRIYA MEDITATION TEACHERS
Kirti Khalsa, RYT, ARPF CEOKirti is originally from Rome, Italy, and is the Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Secretary of the Board of the ARPF. Before moving to the USA, Kirti worked for a multinational pharmaceutical company in the export, marketing and Regulatory Affairs departments in their offices in Italy, USA, and Switzerland. She is involved in supporting her community by fighting illiteracy through her Rotary Club and supporting other non-profits. Kirti has been a yoga practitioner for over 40 years and a yoga teacher to seniors and people with disabilities for over 30 years. Kirti will be teaching on Monday, November 11th
Amy DiLillo, C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACEP, BLSAmy started her yoga practice in the late 90s while living in Singapore and Bangkok, Thailand. Inspired by the diverse instructors she encountered in Southeast Asia, she studied to become a Registered Yoga Teacher upon her return to the USA. As an E-RYT 200 and an E-RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance and a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, her yogic educational journey is ongoing, Amy loves the fusion of ancient yogic wisdom and modern fitness principles and infuses each of her classes with complimentary practices and essential oils. "I strive to create an inclusive, eclectic, and inspiring therapeutic yoga experience. I also have the honor of being a member of Balance Studio Cohasset's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Team since 2018. Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation Education Advisory Committee since 2021 and Summers Yin Yoga River Bird Sangha since 2023."

Barbara Lowes, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Reiki Master, BLSBarb was inspired to study the practice of Brain Longevity after her father passed away from Alzheimer’s. She uses this passion to teach others the empowering yoga strategies found in ancient wisdom teachings. These studies are proven to relieve tension and anxiety, improve mood, boost focus and concentration – plus build a strong memory to keep the brain active, robust, and healthy. “I’ve been practicing Kirtan Kriya every day since I took BLTT a few years ago and I don’t forget a thing. So, thank you. I have also been enjoying all of the ARPF webinars and programs– I have learned so much. I am thrilled to be a part of this unbelievable experience and to share it with all of my students. I’m also thinking about having a one-week Meditation Challenge, too. Deepti Gupta, MS, E-RYT 200, BLSDeepti is a certified Yoga teacher and life-long yoga practitioner. As a child, she would watch her father practice yoga and meditation every day and his discipline and knowledge inspired her to dive deeper into understanding yogic movements and yoga philosophy. Deepti is trained in Raja Yoga and is experienced in teaching Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Parayoga Nidra. She is a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness consultant and recently completed the Brain Longevity Therapy Training with ARPF. She is looking forward to bringing Alzheimer’s awareness to her community and currently leads yoga and meditation classes at a Memory Care Center. Deepti teaches traditional yoga and yoga philosophy at her studio-Yogaweave Deepti will be teaching on Thursday, November 14th Fletcher Wilkins, BSE, RYTFletcher lives in Wilmington, North Carolina and has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has been working in the nuclear industry for over twenty-five years. Having a daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice allows him to work in a highly stressful environment and remain calm.
Fletcher has been a Yoga practitioner since 1995 and became a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher in 2004. He is currently finishing up his Level 2 Certification. He is a member of the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation Board and also interns with Superhealth. Fletcher enjoys traveling, going to the beach, eating good food, and spending time with friends and family. He enjoys sharing the lifestyle-based concepts of Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation and Superehealth and hopes to get the work these organizations are doing into the mainstream so that more people can benefit.
