You're invited to our workshop on July 18th where we will explore being in a state of internal balance.
When you are in homeostasis, the systems within the body are stable, working synergistically and supporting whole-body health. Implementing and maintaining health-forward behaviors takes attention and intention. Improving and maintaining brain health, mental health, physical health, and metabolic health are intertwined.
This workshop will examine the intersection of metabolic health and brain health. Participants will learn introductory principles of blood sugar balance, blood pressure balance, and lipid balance as they relate to brain health.
