Food for Thought: a week-long series on diet and wellness

Your brain is a flesh and blood organ that needs proper fuel to function well. Building a better memory, preventing Alzheimer’s and memory loss, all depend on your lifestyle. Your diet is critical to your brain’s health. And with the proper Alzheimer’s prevention diet, you can actually influence the health of your genes. That’s right – prevention is within your reach and it starts with the foods you put in your body!

Please join us for another amazing brain health series from July 24 - 28. Each participant will receive a special gift packet in the mail, with a few items related to the topics. We will take hour-long deep dives into the following diet and wellness topics:

Day 1: Herbs & Spices for Brain Health

Day 2: Cholesterol, Glucose, and Diet - Medicine or Poison?

Day 3: Sugar and Your Immune System

Day 4: Ayurveda - Healthy Lifestyle for Body, Mind, and Soul

Day 5: Pickling 101 - End of Week Recap & Toast
