Discover How Nature Boosts Your Brain:
A Seaside Chat on the Benefits of Spiritual Fitness
To celebrate ARPF's 30th Anniversary, we are hosting this workshop to explore how being present in nature impacts brain function and Alzheimer's prevention.
Studies have shown that when someone spends time connecting to the natural world they have a reduction in fear, anger, and stress and an increase in kindness, generosity, and patience. Why is this important - and possibly life-changing - for those suffering from Alzheimer's and their carepartners? Join us for a 90-minute experiential program where you are invited to participate.
Let's discover how and why developing a connection to nature becomes an amazing tool for promoting brain health. We'll hear from our guest speaker and panel of experts, but most importantly, will have small group discussions on how to maximize our brain power. Ask our panel questions and get tips to enhance your wellness, spirituality, and resilience.
