We are kicking off our 30th Anniversary celebrations with a Brain Longevity Challenge!

You're invited to join us for activities all month long. We'll start with daily Kirtan Kriya meditations. Each week will have its own 4 Pillar of Alzheimer's Prevention® theme. Here is how the month will be organized - all live meetings will be at 12 noon PT/ 3 pm ET:

First Day: On March 1st, we will have a group welcome and some introductions, please come participate!

Week 1: Kirtan Kriya - We will meet daily to meditate with Kirtan Kriya, just like we've been doing for the last 2 years. (All levels welcome.)

Week 2: Food - ARPF will send you an email each morning with brain healthy recipes and we will have a cooking class during our Thursday check-in.

Week 3: Physical and Mental Exercise - Each day you will receive downloads and videos of exercises that help you stay healthy - both physical and mental.

Week 4: Spiritual Fitness - We will conclude the month with different daily meditations/activities that help nurture your spiritual fitness.

Last day: on March 30th, we will come together to celebrate the end of the Brain Longevity Challenge and announce other fantastic initiatives.

Every Thursday we'll have a check-in via Zoom to see how everyone is doing, answer questions you may have, explain the next week's challenge, and draw raffle prizes. Download the calendar here.

Admission fee: This challenge is a fundraiser to honor the last 30 years of progress. Your registration fee of $30 ensures we can continue to offer these programs. If you cannot afford the registration fee, please contact us at info@alzheimersprevention.org.

Every registration will receive a special gift from ARPF: the Brain Longevity Cookbook in downloadable format.

Once you register, you'll be also be able to order a special celebration t-shirt for a small additional fee.
