February 19-23: Meditate for Your Memory Challenge. It's a 30 min/day, weeklong get-together on Zoom with our global community to practice the Kirtan Kriya meditation we have studied, which shows brain and cognitive improvement. https://arpf.com/event-5551371   Join one or more days. 

March 18-22: March into Movement. Similar to the Meditation Challenge, this is a weeklong, daily get together for approx. 1 hour to practice different forms of movement. We will post the link soon.

April 2: One-hour webinar at 7:00 pm ET on Power for Life: How Early Development Influences Your Life Course, with Judy Romano, MD, RYT. We will post the link as we get closer.

June 4: One-hour webinar at 7:00 pm ET on How the Science of Life (Ayurveda) Boosts Brain Health Now and in the Future with Charles Elder, MD. We will post the link as we get closer.
