My name is Barbara Lowes, I am from NYC and I now live in
Manchester, Vermont. I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500,
YACEP, certified in Power Yoga, Restorative, Yin, and many other yoga styles, a Reiki Master and Brain Longevity Specialist graduate of 2020. I have been practicing yoga and reiki my entire adult life. What a glorious way to navigate my journey and a constant companion through all of life’s ups and downs. I’ve had many careers, I’m a wife, mom of two and a grandmother to three! I am so grateful for this practice and what a companion to live life to the fullest. Hope to see you on the mat sometime.

I teach classes in all styles. But, my favorite is on Tuesday’s.
It is 10:30 to 11:30 and the class follows the ancient texts.
Students learn latest info on brain health, followed by a cozy slow flow practice and we follow with Kirtan Kriya. It is very well attended.
